I started trying to lose weight since May 4th, and after almost 4 weeks of exercising (5 to 6 times a week, mostly cardio) and *trying* to watch my diet, I only lost about 3 pounds. 2.8 lbs in one month?
What am I doing wrong? I work out at least 5 times a week (45 mins to 1 hour usually). And I count calories to 1200. sometimes i over eat but i still control myself and make sure i eat sensibly. I feel pretty defeated...
