How do you change the amount of calories you can consume to the maintenance calories?
So, this past week, I have felt like I have needed a coke after lunchtime. Well, is one coke everyday for a week going to be bad for me if I still stay in my daily calorie intake?
Does anyone know where I can find a fitness schedule for when I should be doing certain workouts? I haven't been seeing much weight loss, and think it would be easier to workout if I had a calendar or a routine to follow each week, instead of me trying to plan out what I need to work on. Thanks!
For breakfast and lunch, I eat relatively healthy. For dinner, some nights I don't eat so healthy. For example, last night, I had frozen pizza. i have a question. i have been exercising about two to three times a week about 45 mintues each time. i stay at my required calorie intake also, and i still haven't been losing much weight. this has been going on since around christmas. can anyone let me know if i am doing something wrong? thanks!
