I have no idea why!? he is out of town for probobly the next month and only comes home on the weekends..Ive dieted in the past (before i was with him) and was well good at it i guess and i lost alot of weight and i am going to do it again but im not sure how to tell him..i need to though because he likes to go out to eat…
so it is day one... i am going to motivate myself by taking a picture of my body daily to see progress and i will keep these in a file on my computer to keep track of progress. The first picture i took today was very upsetting to me, how much i have gained this past year but its ok because it will only get better right?!?!…
i just calculated this and if i make my calorie goal every day i will be at my goal weight by december 7th!! wooo hooo THAT IS EXTREMELY MOTIVATING!! I cant weight (hehe) to get started !! :D
