i really like to make airpopped popcorn and add some other things to it..the popcorn is very low in calories and to make it taste better i always spray it with cooking spray then sprinkle either splenda and cinnamon or garlic salt or some other seasoning to add a little flavor..i add pretzels to a baggie with the popcorn…

Thanks! And I know!! its so frustrating..I had the weight loss thing down! lol but i think if i stick to it for one day just ONE day i will see that i REALLY can live off 1200 calories a day!! :D

Whenever i feel like this i always think..it cant get any worse unless i let this one slip up happen over and over..if I decide right now to start counting calories and eating within my calorie goal I cant gain anymore weight..you know..it cant get any worse right?

Good idea!! It would help her out to if she could lose some weight!! I think I'll be moving soon though but while IM Still here I'll give her ideas for what she can make for supper that is good and healthy :D

maybe instead of drinking water make flavored teas cold or hot..i like them hot because you have to drink it really slow and the warmth really helps you feel full!
