How is that possible???
I read posts on here and take SOME of the advice. I did the whole "eat your exercise calories back" thing & that did NOT work for ME...I gained 4lbs in the time that I did that. So, I go back to what has always worked for me...burn more than you take in. I exercise at least 2 hours a day...LOADS of cardio & some strength…

HRM's & am I REALLY burning that many cals?
OK - I wear my HRM when I'm working out & that includes at work when I take lunch or a break & "do the stairs"...that's up & down 30 floors at least twice during one break...I do that twice a day - sometimes 3 times if I have the time. This morning I forgot to to STOP the HRM from it's counting process until 15 minutes…

I may be missing this, but is there a way to get an exercise/workout added to the database or can you do it yourself just for you - if that make any sense.
