Adding Workouts...

I may be missing this, but is there a way to get an exercise/workout added to the database or can you do it yourself just for you - if that make any sense. I do a LOT of video workouts -- Biggest Loser, Brazil Butt Lift (awesome workout btw), & others...and there's not really anything on the list that is comparable to most of the exercise I've been doing. I love the BL workouts b/c they are pretty intense & there are REAL people on the videos doing the workouts, not some perfect lil female in barely any clothing.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
Oh...I'm new to MFP & would lovvve some "pals"!! :flowerforyou:

Exercise > My exercise > create exercise.
Be careful though, most things overestiamte calories burned (esp. MFP), so don't get overzealous.
The only way you can really be sure of your burn is if you use a heart rate monitor.0 -
I know that calories burned are overestimated, so I do only look at my HRM.
Thanks a bunch for your answer!!0
