30DS and Last Chance Workout, what first?
I managed to get my hands on both but I dont know which one I should start with first. Is one a bit easier than the other in the beginning? It has been way too long since the last time I worked out so I' m really out of shape. Any advice please?

GR Bridge Run/Couch to 5k
Anyone else training for the Run/Walk 5k for the Bridge Run? I'm using the Couch to 5k Running Plan. It would be great to find a running partner! I will be back home at the end of August. By then I should be on Week 8. Anyone else on the Couch to 5k Plan? How's your progress?

Training for the Bridge Run with C25k
Anyone else training for the Bridge Run with the Couch to 5k running plan? I could use a running partner or 2, or 3, or a bunch! I should be on Week 8 or 9 when I get back in town in the end of August. Allendale area preferred but I can take the bus almost anywhere for free!

Ran thirteen minutes straight, should I skip a week?
So I just had to do my run this morning to let off steam. I'm only on Week 4 of the program but I kept on thinking about what has been stressing me out lately that I didn't even pay attention to how far I was going without walking. By the time I realized it, I had gone over 13 minutes straight. Should I skip to Week 6?

Friends needed!
My family has not been very good support, so some motivation here would be great. And of course I will return the favor! I'm on Week 4 of Couch to 5k. Anyone else going through the same plan would be fantastic help!
