It should work. Idk why it wouldn't Well here's a summary Day 1 Upper-Body Circuit Day 2 Lower-Body Circuit Day 3 Core Circuit Day 4 Yoga Day 5 Total Body Circuit Day 6 Favorite cardio On Circuit days you repeat each circuit 6 times with a 30 sec Power Drill and 20 sec rest in between Only 1 day of rest.

Sounds boring. Go to the bathroom right before your run. Take different routes. When you get to the middle of your run, turn around.

I don't wear any makeup when I go on my run. But when I go to the gym I will wear concealer and some mascara. MAYYYBE eye liner.

You will make up for it next time! Don't worry! I've had days like that before but I didn't let it get to me. Sometimes our bodies just decide they can't do it today, but that only brings more motivation for next time.

I don't have anything I can put apps on (can't afford it), and I also can't afford buying DVD's. Remember I'm looking to have this plan OUTSIDE with me so I can't bring my laptop or tv out there.

I hope that I can run 30 min every day after I finish the program. But I'm on Week 5 and I'm tempted to start running every day. What day are you on? I'm on day 2 and I'm scared to start day 3.

Hopefully this helps a little bit but maybe you are thinking about too many things while you are running, try to focus solely on your breathing and imagining your loved ones yelling out "GO GO! YOU CAN DO IT JUST A LITTLE MORE!" and so on. Try to focus breathing from your stomach and not from your chest, you get more…

The only thing I worry about when I'm running in public is whether or not I run in a goofy way.

outside is much more difficult, you should get used to it or you might have a really hard time at the 5k. get one of those athletic strollers to take you son with you when you run.

Quit paying extra for the anti-chaffing stuff! Just use your deodorant. It works just as well, if not better.

Currently in the town I grew up in, Lake Orion for the summer. But I consider home to be Grand Rapids. Can't wait to be back in the end of August!

Starting weight: 162 lbs. Goal in 10 weeks: 140 lbs., fit in my size 10 (petite) American eagle jeans with no "tug n' lay on bed to zip" Couch to 5k Running plan right now. Run 30 minutes 4 days a week after completion. Find a good P90x-like fitness plan. Turn my boyfriend into my personal trainer.
