What a difference a year makes
It's been about a year since I started my transformation. With all the ups and downs (literally on the scale), I managed to lose 44lbs. I started out at 256lbs and now I'm at 212lbs. Two rounds of Insanity DVD and one round of Rev Abs DVD, I feel like I'm more in shape now than when I was in college.

Shakeology, Insanity, and Rev Abs Results!
Summary: 2 months of Insanity DVDs, 2 months of inactivity and not eating right another 2 months of Insanity DVDs and 3 months of Rev Abs DVDs ( well I got about 2 1/2 more weeks to go) All while drinking Shakeology, and keeping track of my calories on MFP! I lost 40 lbs and I'm down to about 9% body fat.
