What a difference a year makes

It's been about a year since I started my transformation. With all the ups and downs (literally on the scale), I managed to lose 44lbs. I started out at 256lbs and now I'm at 212lbs. Two rounds of Insanity DVD and one round of Rev Abs DVD, I feel like I'm more in shape now than when I was in college.
