How Many Calories... What's the Magic Number??
Hi:-) I was wondering how to determine how many calories to eat. Do you watch your protein and carbs too or just calories in vs calories out? I know that there are many calorie calculators out there that will give you a number, but I'm just curious about how YOU do it. I've tried every range from 1200-1679....

Do I have to eat vegtables to loose weight?
Hi, I have a hard time eating more than 1-2 servings of vegetables. I know that no supplement is as good as the real thing, but I'm not a big veggie fan. I take vitamins and eat plenty of fiber. tracking your strength training
Hi everyone, I have kind of a stupid question but I was wondering where everyone tracked exercises such as weight lifting, squats, ab exercises, ect. Do you track it under cardio exercises. or strength training? I thought it should go under strength training, but I assume that I am burning calories while I do these…

Need something sweet?
My cousin gave me this tip: If I feel like I want ice cream, eat frozen lite cool whip instead. It has almost the same texture as ice cream, and only 20 cal for 2 tblsp. I even put a few drops of Hershey Syrup on it.
