We love to slice it very thin with a little butter and morton natures seasoning, then grill it on the BBQ. It's so good we stand there and eat it hot right off the grill. You can find this at almost any grocery store. It has a blue lid. Let me know how you like it.

I've heard for you to get an accurate reading, you have to input height ,weight and have a chest strap to measure heart beats. I got a watch from Amazon, that has a chest strap and the ability to enter your weight. I think its reading is reasonably accurate.

I do eat stuff packaged "whole wheat" or "whole grain",. I try to stay away from "enriched" foods. I eat some fruit, not a lot of veggies, and yes lean protein, and chicken .no bacon or pork Is a calorie a calorie, regardless of where it comes from? How many times a day , or how much fruit and veggies to you eat a day?
