Confused about nutrients
I'm confused. IIYFM says I should have 160g of protein a day and I'm trying to work out how to achieve that. So - If a 100g tin of tuna has 26g or so of protein and 6g of fat with very little else (apart from micro nutrients)- does that mean the rest (about 68g) is water?
