Lost 5% body fat!

Yay - my trainer measures this every so often - and since Jan 2nd I've lost 5% body fat and just over 4% body weight - water % much the same so I'm hoping that means I've gained some muscle along the way!
I'm really pleased as I've achieved this alongside a knee and a shoulder injury - and, I have to say, by upping my calories, eating some exercise calories back and logging food religiously. I've also cut down enormously on my white wine habit, which is another big nsv for me.

Goodness - I may even have a second (decaf) coffee to celebrate :laugh:
