I go to the gym, and am fortunate enough to have a trainer. But I've been injured (knee and shoulder) and it makes life very frustrating - and I know I've lost fitness over the last two months. However, yesterday I ran at 12k. Only for thirty seconds, twice, amongst the rest of my treadmill session - but I have never managed that speed before (even when I was much fitter twenty years ago). I know it's not very fast but it felt good!
Also did some weights without aggravating a rotator cuff injury that has stopped me doing press-ups for weeks....
Results as far as I'm concerned - and the smile on my trainers face was a bonus - although of course he'll now be off planning more torture....

And today I began my next challenge - box jumping. Starting low - amazing how nervous it makes me feel!
