When I add my own workouts, they are not saved day to day. Does anyone know why this is?
Has anyone done the New Rules of Weightlifting for Women? I've been doing it now for about 5 months. Unfortunately my eating has not been great. But I have seen some results. Just curious if anyone else has used it.
I recently joined this group - last Friday. I have followed Weight Watchers for years and lost 30 pounds several years ago. When I gained some back, I returned to WW and lost about 12 lbs.
