I recently joined this group - last Friday. I have followed Weight Watchers for years and lost 30 pounds several years ago. When I gained some back, I returned to WW and lost about 12 lbs. Now I have gained about 15 of the 30 pounds and I have been struggling. I have continually followed WW, but I am bored with it and their new Points Plus program has not worked for me. So, I am giving this a try. I am starting out at 1200 calories and it seems that everyone thinks that is low. Some days it's easy and other days I want to eat more. I enjoy reading everyone's struggles, but the success stories are great.
