I needed to share this with someone...
...and I feel weird sharing with people in real life, you know? Weight loss means nothing to people who aren’t overweight. So, here I am. Christmas to May 25th. 56 pounds lost, eating 1,200-1,500 calories a day and fasting for 14-16 hours daily. Best eating plan I’ve ever done!

Smoothie recipes?
Anyone have any low-cal, high protein/fiber tried and true smoothie recipes they want to share? I bought oats, whey protein, and frozen fruit along with fresh spinach but I can’t get the hang of it!

Oral surgery - any smoothies you can share?
im having my wisdom teeth out in 2 weeks, and I need a way to avoid living on milkshakes for three days and hurting my healthy eating. Do any of you have any tips or recipes? I've never made supplement shakes before. Thanks!

Fingers going numb on elliptical
I do 20-30 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical, and about 10 minutes in the fingers on my right hand tingle and go numb. I'm guessing there's a pinched nerve or blood vessel somewhere...has anyone experienced this, or have any stretching suggestions for me?

Please give me a boost
I'm on week 7 of a diet/workout regimen and I'm stalled...and I shouldn't be because tha booty is big. Like, my goals are losing 60 pounds big. Combating muscle fatigue
what's a good way to avoid or push through muscle fatigue? I've been working on cardio for a good 5 weeks now, 4-5 days a week and started lifting and using weight machines and calisthenics 3-4 times a week. I'm not experiencing mid-workout fatigue, it's more like as soon as I start I just feel rubbery and weak. It's not…

Getting nowhere fast
I'm a woman, 33 years old and pretty overweight; I could lose 100 pounds and just be on the right side of too thin. In the past, I've lost weight by using the treadmill and calorie counting (1250 calories daily) and it's worked pretty well - I usually lose 1-2 pounds a week on average. So this time around, I joined a gym…

Who eats their exercise calories?
I stay between 1100-1300 calories, except one Cheat Meal a week. I rarely eat my workout calories, and I've hit a wall with my weight loss (lost 36 lbs, I'm still categorically overweight so I'm not 'done'). Someone suggested I start eating my workout calories... anyone have any experience with this?

My problem...
Is late-night snacking. After the kids are in bed and I have more than 2 consecutive minutes to just chill out, all I want to do is drink a beer with my husband or grab a bowl of (baked) Cheetos and eat. I do fine all day, I eat BROCCOLI now, for Pete's sake (!!!), but the evenings are killing my progress. I'm down 36 lbs,…
