Who eats their exercise calories?

I stay between 1100-1300 calories, except one Cheat Meal a week. I rarely eat my workout calories, and I've hit a wall with my weight loss (lost 36 lbs, I'm still categorically overweight so I'm not 'done'). Someone suggested I start eating my workout calories... anyone have any experience with this?

From personal experience, and reading here, it works well to eat back at least half of your workout calories, especially if you stall... it is worth a try, isn't it, if you have come to a grinding halt anyway, and even moreso as your daily goal seems pretty low anyway. I would definitely eat more, personally. I am maintaining my current weight, give or take a pound, and I eat back most of my exercise calories and am maintaining on upwards of 2000 a day.

I use this calculator to give me my numbers and I automatically set my settings on MFP so that my min comes up and I the calculator tells me about how high I should go up to so I stay aroun those 2 numbers - 1900 - 2300 cals

I only eat half back. I don't like a big deficit....In the beginning I did allow the big deficit, and I lost rapidly, but it makes it harder later on... that's why I plateaued...I'm still trying to find out what is going to work again.
