Eating back calories.
I'm kinda confused [New to this weight loss stuff] Why should we eat back the calories burned like at the gym? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose?

Stomach pains after eating unhealthy food.
I started my life style change around the last week of April. When did you notice?
When did you start noticing a change in what you look like? How many lbs down were you? When did you start really comparing before/after pictures. I'm down 15lbs and decided to compare before/after pictures and just didn't notice much, which didn't feel good, but I know it's only 15lbs.

Certain way to eat food.
Question. Say you make yourself for lunch Turkey sandwich, grapes, apples and a yogurt. Is there a certain order that is better to eat this in? Or another example, chicken, peas, pasta. Like should you eat the main part of the meal first [Chicken, sandwich?] or the other part? Or does it not matter.

I'm really trying to watch what i'm eating, i'm trying to document everything [On here] I need some low calories/low carb meals/snacks. I'm a picky eater I like grapes, watermelon, apples, carrots. Still feeling hungry.
I just started my 90lbs weight loss a couple days ago, been to the gym the last three days, been watching what I eat. But I can't break the hungry feeling, I feel hungry even if I just ate like say I have a sandwich i'll still feel hungry because usually i'll have a sandwich and chips.
