Certain way to eat food.

Question.

Say you make yourself for lunch Turkey sandwich, grapes, apples and a yogurt.
Is there a certain order that is better to eat this in?

Or another example, chicken, peas, pasta.

Like should you eat the main part of the meal first [Chicken, sandwich?] or the other part?
Or does it not matter.

    I don't believe it matters. It all gets churned round in your stomach and digested together if it's eaten as a meal.

    I'd say eat the most delicious thing last.

    If you're talking in terms of healthfulness or weight loss, it doesn't matter at all. Your body doesn't care when you put food in it, it's going to do the same thing with it.

    I usually save the best bite for last. It's just better that way. But it sure doesn't help me lose weight or anything. It all gets mixed together in the digestion process.

    It really doesn't matter.
    There are enough things in life that are complicated, don't make eating your lunch turn into something more difficult than it needs to be!
