help really confused
Hi I have been on mfp for two months and nothing is really moving mfp set me at 1210 cals for lightly active. i work out 5 days a week burning 200 to 500 cals a day. I weigh 145 and am 5 1". my bmr on mfp is 1270, 1369 on fitness frog and 1400 on fat2fit. according to fitness frog my tdee is a little over 2000, i don't…
