I have started Mfp 1 wk ago and I seem to be having trouble eating over the 1200 cal intake. I eat 6 times a day and work out 4-5 times a week.. I really want this to work. I financially can not do weightwatchers at this time. I eat mainly low calorie/ low fat foods. Any advice?

I don't eat all my calories back most of the time. I can't really consume a lot. I also don't really use MFP for calories to be honest. But my advise is if you are trying to follow the program as is try to add things like apples with peanut butter or having a protein shake or two that is lean. Also having everything low-fat is not always the best thing to do as low-fat usually means low in calories. So let's say you use 1/% cheese you can switch to 2% cheese or instead of skim milk go up to 2% milk. Make some small changes at first and try it out for a few weeks. Just remember it takes time to see results. Don't get derailed by slow results.0
