help really confused

Hi I have been on mfp for two months and nothing is really moving mfp set me at 1210 cals for lightly active. i work out 5 days a week burning 200 to 500 cals a day. I weigh 145 and am 5 1". my bmr on mfp is 1270, 1369 on fitness frog and 1400 on fat2fit. according to fitness frog my tdee is a little over 2000, i don't know what cals i should be netting and should it include exercise calories.

please help me figure this out! thanks

    What kind of calories are you consuming? Sometimes it is helpful to make your diary public so others can view and give advice or pointers... I eat my complex carbs in the am sticking with veggie carbs for later in the day.... That way they have all day to burn off. friend request and I can help maybe ?:smile:
