I belong to a gym that has babysitting. I used to take them with me. I was able to work out and they met friends.

I am in the same boat. I keep fluctuating with the same 3- 5 lbs. it is very frustrating. And I also started in March. Exercising and eating pretty healthy is not new to me. I am at a loss.

Are you watching your sodium intake? it seems very high.

Sorry had to laugh, I also had cheese it's and tootsie rolls yesterday. As long as you track it and have the cals for it move on. I also have children and I buy snacks for them that I could also eat in moderation. If I ate it when I counted points on ww, I don,t see why I can,t on MFP.

I weigh myself 2x a day. It is a psychological thing for me. The scale hardly budges, but something's are shrinking. Very frustrating.

Personally I like to get it over with first thing, but I am a stay at home mom, as long as you exercise it doesn't matter what time. You have to go by your schedule.

There is nothing wrong with being a female and using protein shakes. I make protein smoothies after every workout.

Are you sure it doesn't say 170g. If u have an iPhone/pod/pad, did you scan it? My plain says 100 cal while the ones with fruit are more.

Make a chocalate cake ( from box) and add a can of diet coke instead of the oiland one egg white or use apple sauce for the oil. Make mini cupcakes or regular cupcakes.

I use vita cost whey isolate low carb low sugar low fat. I order it from vita cost.com 3 scoops gives u 50 grams of protein. I only do 1 scoop to save calories.
