So I've been eating Fage yogurt for about a year. When I first started logging cals, I compared my label to the website and it matched up. Today, I checked the label and it says 170 cals!! When did this happen?? Everything I can find online only says 120-150. Am I crazy, or did this just change??

Anyone want to run to their fridge and back me up??

  • All I have are 6 oz. containers of Fage 0% plain yogurt and it says 100 calories. I usually add my own fruit and Kashi Go-Lean Crunch.

Are you sure it doesn't say 170g. If u have an iPhone/pod/pad, did you scan it? My plain says 100 cal while the ones with fruit are more.

Did you buy the same Fage?

    Fage Total 0%
    130 cal
    9g sugar
    23g protein

    1 cup(227g)

math actually comes out to 128 cal?

Different flavors have different nutritional breakdowns.

My Fage Total 0 w/fruit all weight in at 120. Without fruit is 100. I think the honey is the highest.
  • I have :

Fage Total (no % on the foil covering or side)
    With Strawberry

    5.3 oz
    Cals: 170
    From fat: 50

    Serving size: 1 container

I feel like this isn't 0% or 2%-- the nutritional info says 6g of fat, WTF?? This is the only kind my grocery store carries, or I just haven't been discriminating amongst packaging...

Fage comes in three different fat contents and then there are versions with honey etc added - so there isn't a single nutritional value 'cos there isn't a single product.
