Supreme 90 day workout

I just bought this workout from amazon. I wanted to try a dvd series without committing to the expensive price tag. Anyone have good results with it? The online reviews looked good. I am not looking to get ripped, just lose body fat.

I have it. I stared but never finished because I decided to half marathon train instead. I have some of Tom Hollands old DVDs and I love him! I am sure you will see big results. GL!0

I have it, bought it for $6.99 at Ross. I haven't started it yet, but I've also seen good reviews and seen great results in others. I'm planning to start it on July 1.0

Cool thank you everyone. I am supposed to get mine tomorrow. Not sure if I will hold off on it till Monday or not. I thought it could make my progress go a bit faster. Right now I am doing intervals of walking and jogging, elliptical training, and some aerobics videos on netflix.0

I have this DVD. I have done some of the workouts but not consecutively usually on my off day of going to the gym. Some of the exercises are challenging and you break a sweat. This summer I will start over and follow it according to the calendar. As far as results it has increased my strength. As far as pounds go, I am stuck since I joined in march.0

have you tried cycling your calories or taking a break? I've heard that can break a plateau sometimes0
