sugar--added versus naturally occuring
I wish MFP differentiated between the sugar in a mango from the sugar in cake. Can it, have I just missed this functionality? It looks like I ate 60 grams of 'sugar' today, but 10 of that was from tomatoes. *sigh*

Thai Curry with regular coconut milk.
So I made red curry (using mae ploy red curry paste) and used regular coconut milk. Now I know it is super fatty to use regular coconut milk. Does anyone have any information about coconut fats? Exercising a lot, losing weight NOT.
About two years ago I started working out somwhat routinely (3/week). In this same stretch of time I have gained about 15 pounds. In the last couple months I have increased the intensity. I run about 2 or 3 times a week and do a bootcamp style workout 2 or 3 times a week. I usually take 1 or 2 days as rest days. I mean, I…
