I wish MFP differentiated between the sugar in a mango from the sugar in cake. Can it, have I just missed this functionality? It looks like I ate 60 grams of 'sugar' today, but 10 of that was from tomatoes. *sigh*

Correct me if I'm wrong, but diabetics need to watch both, and perhaps satiety issues can also be triggered by either one or a combination of both. I know I won't make myself fruit smoothies, added sugar or no, because I'll go out afterward so ravenous the neighborhood squirrels won't be safe.0
