I and my fiancée started a seven day Bodylogix cleanse this past Monday and I feel good doing it and expect to see some results come our weigh in this coming week. Okay so I really want to track my measurements because in about a week I'll be starting 30DS. The problem here is I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO MEASURE MYSELF (properly anyways). Where are you supposed to place the tape on each spot? I want to measure my neck, upper arms, waist, hips, thighs, and calves.
