Everyone Is Different But...

Someone out there must have some tips about how they kick started their
weight loss!

I'm at a 600-700 calorie a day deficit and I work out regularly as well as
eat healthy but I'm not seeing the results I'm looking for. I may eat more
but I consistently try to net 1200 calories a day after workouts (I don't feel hungry or
deprived so I'm good).

Anyway I was wondering if you all had any tips and tricks that worked for you
to get your weight loss going because although I feel like I'm doing things right
most of the time I'm barely getting any results at all :(
I'll have a good week and lose 2 pounds and then the next week it will be back
on and I know this could be water weight playing its nasty little game but I feel like
I should be losing SOMETHING.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated :)

Unless you're 4'5" I would suggest being patient and aiming for 1lb/week max loss. At 150lbs you're not fat enough to rush it.

Don't kick-start anything. Form a reasonable plan and stick to it. Re-evaluate in a couple of months.
