Okay so I really want to track my measurements because in about
a week I'll be starting 30DS. The problem here is I HAVE NO IDEA
HOW TO MEASURE MYSELF (properly anyways).
Where are you supposed to place the tape on each spot?
I want to measure my neck, upper arms, waist, hips, thighs, and calves.

Just pick a place. It doesn't really matter where you measure as long as you make sure it's in the same spot each time.0

I found a video by doing a google search and I just watch the same video every time I want to update my measurements to make sure I'm taking them in the same place.0

Your neck is done at your voicebox, or just above where an adam's apple would be if you were male. Upper arm is done 2 inches above the elbow generally (this is a consistency thing from week to week). Waist for a woman is 3 spots: your natural waist (the smallest part of your midsection), at your navel (mid waist) and 2 inches below that (drop waist). Hips are done at the fullest point of your hip area. Thighs are also done at the widest. Calves are done just below the knee.0 -
Thanks everyone that was all really helpful!0
