Shunning the Scale

Hey all I was just in need of some advice.
I've decided to weigh in every Monday now that I just recently got a scale, and since last
time I weighed in I've lost three pounds but now I'm finding it hard to stay away from the scale.
I know there's not really any point in weighing my self every day because it fluctuates all day long
but sometimes it's hard, so I was wondering what you all do to not become scale obsessed?

I have avoided updating my ticker as I have been weighing myself on 3 different scales and they are all quite different results and I really don't know what I weighed or loss now. The one at home weighs like five pounds more than at the gym. I just picked up a weight watchers scale for at home thinking it would be accurate, and that one reads less than at the gym. So don't obsess and just be happy with your weekly weigh in!0
