How do you change Macro's?
I see where you can change your calories, fat, carbs, and protein....but where would I go if I want to change "sugar" for example? Thanks for the help.

bmr help
I was just wondering...as I have lost weight, my bmr keeps dropping. It now says 1221. My daily goal is 1200? I am defin sedentary, will be 58 in a couple of weeks, but still have about 10 - 15 lbs to go. I don't understand why my bmr is so low, and if this is correct...will I be eating 1200 cals the rest of my life?

How do you "remember my meal"?
Can someone help? I am trying to save certain foods from my log as a meal. Saw where it said to click "remember my meal", but cannot find that. DISREGARD - I found it.
