I was just wondering...as I have lost weight, my bmr keeps dropping. It now says 1221. My daily goal is 1200? I am defin sedentary, will be 58 in a couple of weeks, but still have about 10 - 15 lbs to go. I don't understand why my bmr is so low, and if this is correct...will I be eating 1200 cals the rest of my life?

No, once at your goal weight you would be eating about 1400. If you were less sedentary / more active this would go up.0 -
