I looked at your diary...and although I'm no expert.....I would get your sugar under control...I found that as long as I stay at or below my daily sugar allotment...I lose weight. Look back through your diary and see where you went over on sugars and fat...then work on getting those in line....good luck.

I think so...I think your body is looking for energy. I know the more tired I am, the more likely I am to eat.

same boat here. I increased to 64 oz a day....gained 4 lbs since last weigh in...but I know its water weight because my wedding ring is tighter. I do my "official" weigh in tomorrow and "hope" that I have flushed all the liquid (lol)

So sorry for your loss.................. But.............DO NOT take time off (imoa); why???????????....because this is the one thing that YOU CAN CONTROL.....and believe it or not....you will actually feel better knowing you are controlling at least some part of your life....

Size 10 pants medium to large (big bones?) frame 3 kids, all by c-section (and yes, I too have the pouch) 57 yrs old my biggest problem, is that I have gotten to a smaller size, but still have the weight around my waist...seems in the past that even when I lost weight, I…

BUMP.....can anyone help me?

If I may make a suggestion. I think you are trying to lose too much too fast. And this could be the reason why you put it back on in the first place. You really should try to only lose 1 lb a week....that way you a retraining your mindset on food, which will help you when you get to the maintenance phase. Also, I highly…

Please do not give up. I am 5'3 1/2". I too started MFP end of March. I am down 13 lbs. I am definitely sedentary. I use 1200 calories but have found it is VERY important to track your sugar and sodium. You can change your settings to make sure you track the right things. One week I did track some extra walking and ate…

I am just a "tad" under 5'4. I have only been on MFP for about a month and have lost 10 lbs. I weigh in tomorrow and expect another pound to be gone.
