What is the best way to utilize 30 minutes per day at the gym?
Due to my current work schedule, i can only get to the gym for about 30 minutes. I'm looking to shed lbs, but finding it extremely difficult with this limited amount of time. I'm also confused as to whether I should be doing cardio, weight lighting, or splitting the time each day between both. Please help!

Stairmaster... feels like a better workout, but i'm burning
What's the deal with the stairmaster? I feel like it's a super hard workout and i'm sweating like a wilder-beast, but in comparison of time vs. the treadmill, I don't burn nearly as many calories. Why is that??
