plateau?
So i have started running for an hour 2-4 times a week as well as remain active on the weekends with hiking and swimming and such and i am not losing any weight or leaning out? Anyone have any tips that might help me break through this so called plateau?

i am noticing i am leaning out from just under my boobs to just above my belly button and i then i have a little roll which seems to not want to go anywhere. what sorts of exercises can i do to target this area other than cardio, abs and eating clean? how do you include breastfeeding into the whole process?
