I fell off this weekend with my logging and tracking my eating....consistency is my worse enemy!
What is a good safe body cleanser to take! I feel bloated alot, even after I am under my daily calorie intake!:grumble:
So because of my extreme bloating, I started drinking prune juice like someone mentioned to me....still nothing just excessive gas....any suggestions?
