Scale not budging much in 2 weeks
Hi All. I am new to MFP as I joined in March 2012. The first week I joined, I lost about 5.0 lbs, however, once I started exercising, the scale numbers have not been budging much. I do know that I am loosing inches around my hip area and my face/neck area is much slimmer. Need to find out how to begin loosing #'s again.…
