Can someone take a look at my Food Diary and let me know if

Ok. So, I posted on the message board a couple of days ago about the scale not moving in over a week. Can some take a look at my food diary and let me know if I am going in the right direction. Just a little info on me: I am 5'7" and currently weigh 259. I have working out just about 4-5 days a week and constantly exceed my weekly exercise time and goals. I changed my calorie intake 1860 to 1820. I believe the calorie intake changed because I had dropped like 6lbs. Am I eating to little or exercising a little too much to see results on the scale. My shoulders are appearing to be more broad and I have droped from a XL to a large in blouses in just over a couple of weeks. I kinda feel I am going in the right direction but really need to know if at my weight I am at the right calorie setting to see the results of 1lb weight loss per week.
