Who has something physical like a piece of clothing, not just a date in the future or something but an actual bikini, dress, pair of pants etc that you can keep trying on and see the progress? What is yours? Doesn't have to be clothes though! Just looking for some ideas here

I've just become obsessed with drinking green tea and I've heard so many good things about it but it's hard to know what's true and which type of tea does what. So what exactly are the benefits of plain green tea? Also if you drink it what are your experiences with it? What benefits did you clearly notice?
