Does anyone use the Ullrey C25K podcasts?
These were the podcasts that I started with before I found the NHS podcasts with Laura. I prefer the NHS version, but I still used the Ullrey version on weeks where the run was the same for all 3 runs and also on the weeks that I repeated. I just did it for variety.

Finished Couch to 5K!!!! Now what?!?!?

What to eat the morning of a 5k race.
I am running in my first 5K race on Sunday. Are there any suggestions on what to eat the morning of the race or even the night before? The race starts at 10AM.

Calories MFP vs Machine readings
I have read in these posts that the calories burned calculation on MFP are inflated. If I am using a machine in the gym (treadmill, eliptical, cycle, etc) that gives a calorie count, can I use those calculations? Are they more accurate? Do they vary wildily between machines?
