Need help working around MFP overestimating calorie burn

OMG I just bought a stationary bike!
I've been considering getting one for DAYS. I work at home but the amount of responsabilities don't leave me much time to go to the gym. So I knew I need some way to exercise, posibly in a way I could still do some work. And I just ordered the bike (I should get it by Monday at the latest!) and wow, I can't wait to use it!
