changed what I eat for 2nd breakfast

Usually I eat sandwiches at work as my second breakfast. Because it's easy to transport and I can eat it at my desk (no lunch hour unfortunately).
Today I decided to make a change, because the sandwiches were high on calories and I was hungry not three hours later. So I chopped up two carrots and brought it with me. I'm not half way through the cup I took and I'm already full! And it's like 1/4 of the calories I intake usually. So, WOW.

Seeing the effects on the screen and feeling the change in how I feel will definitely help me make a switch to a more healthy eating habits.
