I use to workout in the evenings, but i have found it more conveient for me, since i have a 19 month old, to workout in the mornings. But most of the time when i get up, im sore and stiff and its hard to work out. Is there anything i can try to loosen my joints up in the mornings?
can sum1 give me advice on how to breath while joggin? i thought to breath in through your nose and out thru the mouth, but i read sum where not to do it tht way. they say to breath thru ur mouth and nose. i try breathin thru my mouth but tht dries my throat. can anyone giv me advice on proper breathing?
anyone out there who runs in races? i want to know how to get started. i'd like to run races. do i need a trainer? what kind of excersizes would be good to get me in shape? any info would be greatly appreciated.
Has anyone done jillian micheals killer buns and thighs? How do i log it in my excersizes? Its a little bit cardio and a little bit ab work and alot of streching and lower body stuff.
