June Starters Weigh in July 13
I didn't see anything started yet so here goes! SW 179 LW 172 CW 169 3lbs this week! WOW and I even had some ice cream! I reached the 10 lb milestone today and I am very happy with how MFP has helped me lose the weight .

I successfully avoided the Bagel Party....
We had a bagel party this morning at work and i did not touch one of them! Whew! A small success
I have completed my first week and I lost 2 pounds! I know it is not a lot but it just shows me that if I stick to my calories and exercise it will work.
