  • YEs, please try Zumba even if you are not coordinated. As you keep participating, it will get easier and you will know the steps.   • It is called Aqua Zumba. I don't think we have any in my area yet but there defenitely is such a program. I am getting certified to become an instructor on Apr 3 . I love Zumba!!

  • I take zumba 3-4 times a week. I lost all my weight this summer by mostly zumba-ing. I do run and take a strength training class but zumba is where i'm burning all the calories. I love it.   • I did my first 5K on Saturday too!!! I did great and surprised at how well I did. I didn't know what to expect. I ran it in 30:30 and if I knew I was that close to under 30 minutes I would have pushed my self a little more at the end. I hope to do some more races in the future. It was fun.
