What Should I Do After 30 Day Shred?
Hi All - although I am only halfway through 30DS (and LOVING it), I'm already wondering what would be a good program to do next. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fact that I get a decent workout in only 25 minutes. - I also do cardio - I run 5K 4 times a week and I walk 5K the other days. I'd love to hear your suggestions!
