No days off
I've come to the conclusion that I can't take days off from the gym... or maybe I can, and I just need to learn how. I go hard at the gym every time I am there, and know that I need at least one day off. Yesterday was the only day that I didn't got the gym this week and I ate like pure crap. What to eat before the gym in the mornings?
So, my normal breakfast is egg whites and toast; however, I am going to begin a morning workout routine and I don't want to consume that early in the morning. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can eat that won't make me nauseous, but at the same time fill me up for my workout? Thanks in advance, Megan!
